Access to the Lightstation Heritage Precinct and Lighthouse is not available outside of opening hours. The Lighthouse can be viewed from a distance, from viewpoints along the Great Ocean Walk, when the precinct is closed.

VISITOR NOTICE:
The Lighthouse Tower is currently closed due to planned conservation works with no access to the interior of the Lighthouse or tower climbs at this time. The wider Heritage Precinct remains open with discounted entry. Views of the Lighthouse will be restricted during conservation works between October 2026 and January 2027 – CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION on planned works.

The Lightkeepers Cafe 

Open daily 10am -3.30pm 

The Lightkeeper’s Cafe serves tea/coffee, a selection of slices and our famous Scones with Jam & Cream. Due to its location and limited heritage infrastructure, the cafe is accessible only to visitors of the Lightstation Heritage Precinct.
