Access to the Lightstation Heritage Precinct and Lighthouse is not available outside of opening hours. The Lighthouse can be viewed from a distance, from viewpoints along the Great Ocean Walk, when the precinct is closed.
VISITOR NOTICE:
The Cape Otway Lighthouse Tower is currently closed while we prepare for upcoming heritage restoration works. Due to urgent required conservation works, there is no public access to the interior of the Lighthouse or to tower climbs at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we work to preserve this important piece of history.
The wider Heritage Precinct remains open with discounted entry available (Adult $11, Concession $10, Family (2 adults and up to 3 children) $28, Child $5)
The Lightkeepers Cafe
Open daily 10am -3.30pm
The Lightkeeper’s Cafe serves tea/coffee, a selection of slices and our famous Scones with Jam & Cream. Due to its location and limited heritage infrastructure, the cafe is accessible only to visitors of the Lightstation Heritage Precinct.
