Lightstation Heritage Precinct

Due to a recent earthquake in the region, no access inside the Lighthouse is currently available.
The wider Lightstation precinct and other heritage buildings are unaffected and remain open during this time with a discounted entry fee.
Our guides will be continuing to deliver history talks running throughout the day in the Old Work Shop and Telegraph Station

Access to the Lightstation Heritage Precinct and Lighthouse is not available outside of opening hours. The Lighthouse can be viewed from a distance, from viewpoints along the Great Ocean Walk, when the precinct is closed.
The Lightkeeper’s Cafe
Open Daily 10.30am- 4pm
The Lightkeeper’s Cafe serves tea/coffee, a selection of slices and our famous Scones with Jam and Cream. Due to its location and limited heritage infrastructure, the cafe is accessible only to visitors of the Lightstation Heritage Precinct.

The Talking Hut is currently closed during 2023/2024
