Payments in advance can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payments on day of tour at the Lightstation can be made by credit card, cash or EFTPOS. A tax receipt will be issued on payment.

Terms and Conditions

All group booking enquiries will be held for 14 days. On receipt of the signed booking request form and deposit your booking will be confirmed.
Please not deposits vary on the type of booking:
Bed and Breakfast: $300 per B&B
Fully Self Contained: $500 per house

All cancellations must be in writing to accommodation@lightstation.com
The deposit is non refundable if the group booking is cancelled less than 6 months prior to the commencement of the booking.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 months prior to the scheduled date, the group agrees to pay 50% of the estimated cost of booking.
If the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking the hirer will be required to pay a fee equivalent to 100% of the group cost.
In the event of a cancellation by the Lightstation the group shall be entitled to a full refund.

Damages caused other than as a result of wear and tear will be charged to the group

Cape Otway Lightstation and its agents and employees do not accept liability for loss of property, damage or personal injury arising from the use of the facilities. Cape Otway Lightstation is not responsible for monitoring the safety of group activities or the return of guest participating on the Great Ocean Walk and other external activities.

Full payment is required within 14 days at the end of the group stay.

We confirm our booking is detailed above and agree to exercise care in the use of Cape Otway Lightstation and its facilities.
I have read and agree to the conditions of hire on this form. I am authorized to sign on behalf of the group and understand that it is my responsibility to inform the group of the conditions of hire.
